Srisailam

We planned a 3 day trip to Srisailam on Feb 17, 2011. We started @ 5:00 am from PILER.
At 6:30 we reahed Rayachoti. The actuall route is via cuddappah. Due to ghat road repair, we took left route where we came across ' Gandi ' kshethram. It is famous for Hanuman temple and a pleasentfull scenari of the river Papagni.

After taking breakfast, we started moving towards ' Bramham gari matam ' @ Banaganapalli via Cuddappah and Mydukur. This is where 'Pothuloori Veerabramham' garu lived 700 years ago, and went to sajeeva samadhi.

On 3'o clock, we reached Ahobilam, one of the foremost places of worship of Lord Narasimha, an avatar of Lord Vishnu. The Nallamalai ranges south of river Krishna, down to Tirupati and are called `Sesha Parvatha`. Sesha is the name of the king of serpents. The hood of the sesha is at Tirupati, the tail at Srisailam and the middle is situated at Ahobilam.

The shrine of the Ahobilam temple is situated on the top of the first range and is referred to as Upper Ahobilam and down below is called Lower Ahobilam. There are many branches of temples deep in the forest which u can go with the help of a guide available there. Due to short schedule of our trip, we didn't went for that trek. Hope we soon plan another trip totally dedicated to Upper and Lower ahobilam.

After having lunch, there is no stopping towards srisailam. From Nandyala the route is via atmakur. But with the suggestion of people there, we took some how long route but safer than atmakur i.e, via kambam and Dornala. As the Srisailam ghat road closes @ 9:30 pm, we are in hurry to get there in time. That was a great drive on the ghat road in the late night. everyone of us were tired when we finally reached onto the hill. A relative of our friend had made us accomodation facilities as we taken rest with a deep sleep.

Yogi Bramha

On a boring weekend, I just tried some new ideas in film making.
There I got this Modern Bramha with my well wisher yogi.

Hope u may like it. It just made with in half an hour without any preparation. A small idea of presnting bramha with all active heads. Similarly in movies, they use just a mask in which the left and right heads are duff & dumb.

Kaigal Waterfalls

Hi friends,
On 24-4-2011 we had a great fun at Kaigal waterfalls near Palamaner on V kota highway.

Kaigal falls, a less known falls in Andhra Pradesh hidden inside Koundinya Wildlife Sanctuary. Kaigal falls is also called as ‘Dumukurallu water falls’.It is a multi-tiered falls & with the stream forming small falls & ponds. The best time to visit the place is monsoon & post-monsoon, as it's a season falls.

 How to reach
We reached Palamaner @ 1 pm. headed towards V.kota highway on Chittoor - Bangalore NH. At Baireddipalli village it is just a km metal road where there is a check post. From there we have to walk for half an hour to reach the splendid falls.

Even in mid summer there is huge flow of water. There are many branches of  falls  as the water flows from the rocks on many areas. Every one was spectacular and gives a fresh feeling. From all of that I liked a small and cute falls which attracted me as i spent much time watching that even forgetten to play in that.

Penchalakona

Hi friends,
On 5-6-2011 I went to spend my weekend at Penchalakona near Nellore.
It is a nice picnic spot as well as spirutual centre.

History
In the prehistoric days Lord Sri Vishnu killed Hiranyakasipa and he was moving around in the Forest, Goddess Sreedevi came in the disguise of ‘Chenchu’ tribe lady to calm down the anger of Lord Vishnu. She calms him down and hugs him (‘Penu chesukonuta’),so this temple(‘kshetra’) was named ‘Penusila’.Later on, as the days passed by the name changed to ‘Penchalakona’.This temple has lot of fame and is reputed as the ninth kshetra of Lord Vishnu.

Route Map
It is near by Nellore about 75 km.
We started from Tirupathi, its about 115 km towards Nellore highway.
On the way, at Yerpedu 35 km take left divertion to Venkatagiri 30 km.
From there again take left towards Rapur 25 km.

Narasimha avatharam
In the prehistoric days Lord Sri Vishnu in the incarnation of Narasimhavathara killed Hiranyakasipa and saved his devotees like Prahladhudu. He does chastise the evil and save the innocent (“Dhusta sikshana, sista rakshana”).

Divine Mother is the mother  for this entire universe, from a tiny ant to Lord Brahma Himself. She is all-pervading, and She is shining brilliantly
in the secret chambers of your heart. To become one with Mother, learn to love everything in Her Creation, all the creatures, even the small
grass blades." ~ Amma.
